JMC is leading manufacturer of Dissolved Acetylene Gas Cylinders in country.
JMC’s Acetylene Cylinders are masses with its own formulation with controlled mixing system of its own unique design ensuring uniformity and optimum quality of Monolithic Calcium Silicate Mass (Porous Mass) inside the finished cylinders after reaction and drying process.
The cylinders after fitting with valve are subjected to high degree of vacuuming subsequently filing of Acetone and saturation gas.
The special feature of JMC’s porous mass is chemical stability .No effect against mechanical impact due to high crushing strength of mass, maintaing the porosity of mass between 90-92% and high degree of permeability along with retention of acetone during discharge of gas.
Such porous mass has capcity to absorb heat of solution as well as resist decomposition of acetylene gas under pressure.
